In 2025, we opened our state-of-the-art Central Production Unit, designed to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across every franchise location. Central Production Kitchen – How It Works
All Lahore Karahi recipes are prepared and portioned centrally at our state-of-the-art Central Production Unit. This ensures every location delivers the same authentic flavours our customers know and love.
By standardising production, we reduce labour requirements at the restaurant level, simplify kitchen operations, and maintain guaranteed consistency across every dish. Franchisees benefit from predictable costings, improved efficiency, and reduced waste.
All franchisees are required to source products directly from the CPU to maintain our quality standards and operational consistency.
